Welcome to the Success Journeys Hub community!
We're here to support each other on our leadership journeys, sharing insights, asking questions, and offering encouragement. To ensure a positive and productive environment for everyone, we ask that all members adhere to the following guidelines:
Be Respectful and Considerate:

Treat all members with kindness, empathy, and respect, even when opinions differ.

Avoid personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive language (including but not limited to slurs, hate speech, and derogatory comments based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, etc.).

Contribute meaningfully to discussions and offer helpful advice or insights based on your own experiences.

Keep discussions relevant to leadership, management, and professional development.

Avoid spam, self-promotion (unless explicitly permitted in designated areas, if any, in the future), or irrelevant content.

Use clear and concise language to ensure effective communication.
Respect Privacy and Confidentiality:

Be mindful of the information shared by others within the community. Do not share private or confidential information without explicit consent.

Respect the privacy of individuals and do not make assumptions about their personal situations.
Be Responsible for Your Contributions:

Take responsibility for your words and actions within the community.

If you make a mistake, be open to acknowledging it and learning from it.
Reporting Violations:

If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please notify the administrator (Tim Fielder) by contacting [Your Contact Email Address or Method]. All reports will be treated with discretion and addressed appropriately.
Consequences of Violations:

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension of access, or permanent removal from the Success Journeys Hub community, at the discretion of the administrator.
